I think I messed up on taking my impression - what do I do?
Email us a photo of your impression; we may ask you to order extra putty. Which is why we recommend you to order extra putty just in case!

Are your retainers the same as what I get from the dentist?
Yes, we use the same high-quality materials and technology at a fraction of the price.

How does it work?
We ship an impression kit within 24 hours. After you mail back good impressions, we manufacture and ship your retainers within two weeks.

Why are your prices so much cheaper?
We're a direct-to-consumer company, cutting out the middleman.

Can I order extra putty in case I mess up?
Yes, in fact we recommend that you order extra putty with your original order.

What are the most common mistakes when taking an impression?
Common mistakes include creating a shallow impression, not making molars deep enough, and letting putty harden while mixing.

What's your return policy?
If the item doesn't fit right, we can remake it. But, you will have to buy another set of the item you want.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we can only ship within the United States.
