Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, in other words you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For return eligibility, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and original packaging. You will need to provide us your order number or proof of purchase.

Contact us at info@royalpiggy.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without return acceptance will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you. You have 14 days to notify us if there is a problem with your order. If we made a mistake or your item is defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

As much as we want to help you return items, due to COVID-19 restrictions we do not accept returns at this time. We advise to choose wisely.
